Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the processing, production, or shipping stage.

Once an order has been processed, entered production, or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

Since our store primarily sells made-to-order physical products, including sandals, boots, flip-flops, and other types of footwear, orders are quickly moved into production to ensure timely delivery.

1.2 Cancellation Request Time

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order so we can check the order status.

Cancellation requests are handled based on the order status at the time the request is received.

1.3 Cancellation Outcome
